Aikens has carefully selected his suppliers to ensure that the quality of the ingredients is to the highest standard, enabling him to create a vast combination of exciting flavours for diners to experience. Bagthorpe Farm is one of Muse' suppliers, a small family-run, 300 Hectare mixed organic farm, found just off of the Norfolk Coast, specialising in Vegetables, cereals and Beef Cattle. In regards to the produce used to create the excellent courses from the various set menus, Tom Aikens sources his ingredients from British Farmers and Suppliers, ensuring that the excellence of British produce is highlighted throughout the restaurant, whilst supporting small British Businesses. Muse by Tom Aikens provides diners with 4 tasting menus, two at Lunch (3 courses £50/ 6 courses £95) and two at Dinner (6 courses for £95/ 10 courses for £145).
